FAQS
Unfortunately, Helpers does not mount or unmount flat screen TVs to and from walls. If you have a TV that is mounted, please make arrangments to remove the TV prior to our arrival.
Yes, with HaulPROZ, you have the option to book on demand service or service for dates/times in the future. You can book as far out as 6 months.
Yes, you can get a quick estimate by visiting the HaulPRO Calculator. Please note that each job has different variables, so the calculator is just a quick estimate. It does not factor additional services like assembly. For a personalized quote, please Request A PRO.
Cancelling your request is simple. Simply open the app and select cancel. Please note cancellation fees apply if you cancel after 5 minutes of requesting a driver. (Sorry, our drivers have already made their way, so in effort to reimburse them, cancellation fees apply)
After booking a PRO, you can contact your pro a few ways.
Via phone, a number will be provided after your booking
Via text, 2 way communication between you and your HaulPRO to make further arrangements or discuss further
Paying is simple. After receiving your instant quote, you will be prompted to make your payment via our secure payment screen.
